WAFFLES: It’s almost dinner o’clock and still no Glogirly
WAFFLES: Ellie, you need to get over here and help me watch for her. She’s GOT to be coming home soon. This whole playing snow hooky thing is getting out of hand.
ELLIE: Snow hooky? You mean like with a hockey stick and that puck thing?
WAFFLES: That’s hockey, Ellie. She’s skiing again.
ELLIE: I thought you said she was playing snow hooky, not skiing.
WAFFLES: With Glogirly, they’re the same thing.
Ski season is winding down in Colorado, but this past week’s forecast was just too beautiful for Glogirly to pass up.
So she packed a bag, loaded up her skis in the Jeep, and headed to Georgetown, CO.
It’s the closest town to one of her favorite ski areas, Loveland. This was the view out her hotel window.
She was joined by some of her very best ski friends. Each day was more beautiful than the next with lots of sunshine and fresh powder.
Of course she missed Ellie, Waffles, and Gloman terribly…but apparently not terribly enough to come home early. LOL!
