The lockets look very nice. I purchased 4 of them on behalf of a family that just lost the father. Unfortunately, two different lockets have come open and the urns fell out. The daughter had to get help looking for it at her 8th grade formal because it had fallen out and she was devastated. The wife’s locket also came open at her daughter’s graduation. Luckily, both were able to find the urns but not without a lot of worry and stress. Although the lockets look very nice and their purpose is great, I worry about the family eventually losing the small urns inside. That’s the last thing they need on top of everything they are already going through.

I absolutely love this locket!! It’s a great quality, perfect size, chain is durable and strong. I would not have been more pleased by any of the lockets sold at the funeral home for more than 4X the price!

I’m confused by other reviews of this item that state the locket pops open and the canister falls out…… I don’t see how that can happen because the chain goes through the two loops which "lock" the locket closed. Maybe the design has changed, but mine looks the same as the item that is pictured, so I’m just not sure.

This necklace’s carvings look a little cheaper than the picture depicts, but it is very sturdy and so is the chain. I ordered it the 29th and got it the 1st, so I was very pleased that it arrived so quickly. All in all, I would buy it again or recommend it to others.
