Friendly Fill-Ins

I had a bit of assistance from Astrid with this week’s fill-ins. We both used teal italics for our completions. Any explanatory information is in parentheses.
1. The 2020 pandemic taught me that I am happier at home than any place else; though, I already knew that.
2. Astrid: A game I enjoy playing is Mouse for Cats on the iPad. (Most of us enjoy this game, but I am particularly good at it.)
3. My perfect day would include spending time with a friend, working in the garden, a bubble bath, a purring cat in my lap, dark chocolate and apricot pie.
4. If I could only listen to one song for the rest of my life, I would choose “In My Life,” by the Beatles
