WAFFLES: I’m good enough. I’m smart enough–
ELLIE: Mr. Waffles! Are you going to help with shower duty?
WAFFLES: I’m super handsome enough–
ELLIE: Mr. Waffles!!! Glogirly’s going to turn the water on. You’re going to get all WET!
WAFFLES: I’m not scared of a little water. Are you?
ELLIE: Uh… maybe?
Every night at about 9pm, Ellie heads to the bathroom and waits. That’s about the time Glogirly takes her shower and Ellie LOVES to help. She doesn’t actually go IN the shower, but she sits right outside the door, watching and waiting. She helps Glogirly towel off, supervises her putting on her face cream, coming her hair, and putting on her cat pajamas. There’s just something about being the bathroom with Glogirly that she absolutely loves.
Waffles is more paws-on when it comes to shower duty. He likes to go IN the shower. He sits on the bench, away from the spray, and watches in fascination. Sometimes he even moves closer to the falling water. That is until his toes get wet. Then it’s all over.
